We here are screaming for it to be nerfed because of it being extremely efficient and you are buffing it. It should not get any compensation buffs period. Stop catering to egirl enchanter support mains that got their class extremely game breakingly overpowered. If any other class got an item this broken it would be gutted into the fucking ground next patch.

Horse shit, the extra attack speed means more lifesteal, meaning the health drain might as well not even be gone. So now it does MORE damage, and gives the same sustain. Who the fuck even is in charge over there?

Nunu gives 60% Nidalee gives 60% Ezreal gives 40% so chill.
