Of course the game was lost with a troll like that.

FOR JUSTICE1 votesits stupid he did that, he could have chose fill for the same effect. also yeah, it sucks but it just assumes you "swapped" roles no matter if they strong armed it or not, but just know it only works for about 2-3 games before riots matchmaking algorithm picks up on it and nerfs your gains. but used intelligently and in moderation this can actually help speed up a climb.

FOR JUSTICE1 votesi wouldn't say that, its more geared towards learning and winning with a variety of roles. because being able to climb with multiple roles and champions takes some hardcore skill.
of course you have times like this where people just strong arm the role, and of course suffer. but just know its 100% NOT for trolls, because they are implementing a new system to help demote the unskilled and trolls faster. so no worries.
