Reminder to make Rylai's great again
Current ideas:

Add an eternity passive and some mana onto it, so it can be a legitimate alternative to RoA, and remove GLP from the game or rework it altogether.

Cause the slowing effect to also ground it's target for the duration of the debuff. Any stronger slows applied to the target will remove both the Rylai's slow as well as the grounded effect.

Change the 300 HP to 300 mana and add 10% CDR
-Increase the AP on it with increased costs to go along with it so it's not so inefficient on mage item slots.
If anyone else has legitimate ideas to add please feel free. I just think Rylai's cannot be left in it's current state for another season.
