AFTER receiving a buff??? I'm hoping it's just a lot of new people playing her that don't know how but dang, was thinking of trying her and now I'm thinking... no...

She's very weak against most top laners played right now. Before, she could beat a fair amount of them.

Speaking of her in the jungle, she was never a good jungle unless her team could afford for her to farm for 15-20 minutes with very rare ganks. Her ganks are terrible. She has no dashes or blinks, she's melee, she has no burst outside of her ult, she has absolutely zero CC. She's great at farming... but there are other junglers that carry harder than she does. On top of that, the jungle items arn't that great for her now. the cinderhulk nerf definitely impacted her quite a bit.

Don't mind me doing 40k damage with one damage item.

40k after she's been farming for 20 minutes? I highly doubt that. those numbers might be possible top lane, or against REALLY immobile teams, but most champs can easily get away from her ganks. Most ADCs have no problem kiting her unless she ults.

Even if she did somehow do 40k damage after ricing for the first 20 minutes, she offers no utility to a team, so she should do that kind of damage. Many mages can do 70k+. So why not get a utility jungler like J4 that will do decent damage and have great ganks, and get an AoE damage mage to synergize with him? J4 protects the mage and helps him do damage with his ult / knockup, instead of shyvana just running around burning things while they beeline for the ADC / mid laner.

The buff didn't really do much. It's like an extra 25 (at burnout level 9) damage per hit while your burnout is up. that might equate to 100-125 extra damage over the duration if you can attack multiple times (unlikely). Of course, it increases her farming speed, but her farming speed was never the issue.
