A change to Kha'zix

I was just browsing the forums all bored and stuff, when I thought about something. What if Kha's Q proced on-hit effects? Do you think this would bork his game play up? No change at all to his viability? Not saying he's bad, but whenever I used to play him, I always felt like the Q was SUPPOSED to proc on-hit effects, even if it wasn't actually. What do you think?

That would make a lot of sense actually, and it would definitely make him better since he's in a bad spot right now.
