When are we nerfing Mordekaiser?

I was hoping the new patch notes would do SOMETHING about him but so far nothing. The new Morde bot lane is broken and just unfair with his exp advantage and the cheese tactic of an early dragon and 4 man mid siege on the tower. And before someone says "Just bad him" you have to remember:

Sometimes people play blind mode
Team builder doesn't have bans
I'm not always team captain, sometimes people think "Nah, we won't be seeing bot lane Morde, I'm gonna ban X instead because I lost to X last game."

Isn't it obvious? Since you aren't a pro ranker like the rest of us on G&B, just pink ward the queue and dodge if you aren't first pick. Only level 5s play TB/Blind

Did you even read the whole thing? I'm saying that he's a problem in ranked, blind, and normal draft mode. I put the ban part because whenever I see someone talking about a champ someone comes in and says "Hurr just ban them gg ez" without realizing we're not always the captain who can pick bans.

His bot is broken OP and everywhere else is garbage UP.

They should remove the passive on his W and let it be cast on minions for the heal in lane.

Maybe his extremely high win rate in Ranked which actually has peaked as the highest of all ADC's would be a good argument then?

championgg says jinx is currently the strongest adc.

Ah you are correct, i hadnt checked in a couple days, but recently i know he was number 1 and peaked around 61 percent win rate when bot lane

It's not about his win rate though, because he's banned/not played because people are unsure about being able to carry with him. But he's able to do 1,000 total damage with his Q early on.
