Riot are you really try to fix the real issue?

Sejuani got a damage buff and a CC reduction in enchange. Ornn lost his shield for unstoppable (ok) and DMG on his W. Neeko is getting a dmg amp on her passive (WHY?? it's suppose to be a mind breaking ability and not a common damage ability). Yorick has lose his delay damage (2s) on his made improving multiple attack. This 4 are ALL DMG BUFF. Also how the heck the vayne buff got through PBE? They could just revert the atk grown speed nerf because it was when she was overbearing. Before the buff she was a 49-50% win rate now she has hit the 54% win rate. I hope riot will end up reverting it. Board is asking for a dmg nerf and this is all dmg buff.
