One of these for Galio perhaps?

Galio just goes out of mana so fast especially early game. I feel like Galio can use one (or possibly all to be considered) of Mana, Mana Regen, and/or Mana Cost buffs.

Lulu has high mana costs as a support. I manage that with items and don't ask riot to give Lulu some extra base mana or extra mana regen. Most champions have the mana costs on them because they're balanced that way. Usually, if Galio doesn't have a Xerath passive, it's because he's not meant to.

Lulu is a ranged champion though - and Galio has high costs because he is an old champion and old champions all had high costs; better mana regen, bigger base mana pool, and slightly lower costs would just update him and help him farm early game

Just take a few mana pots to lane until you get your item 3028 .

Seriously, people forget mana pots even exist.

If you played doom the game mode not to long ago. Gailo was one the op doom bots. If you played with Gailo you saw he had a taunt circle that pop then did damage. I think Gailo would be a lot better. If every 3rd Q he hits on a CHAMPION or jungle camps the next Q will do the taunt thing. This upgrade will make Gailo a better support or and Jungler.
