Kindred on toplane

Kindred are better on toplane than in jungle (especially for newbies).

Here is why:

1. They have incredible sustain;
2. They are range and can kite like Kalista;
3. They don't need attack any target to dash away from danger (while Kalista needs it);
4. Bonus AD from passive is not so great - they can get same AD from items, so Kindred won't lose much;
5. Nice escapes from ganks - thx to their dash and ult;
6. Can finish tower with their ult without any minion near.
