Who's worse urgot or azir

Azir has been a bad champion ever since he got nerfed into the ground. Riot just left him for dead. He was good after he got buffed a clue patches in after his release. He is probably the hardest champion to play and not worth the time to master. His main issue is he was nerfed so hard that he became trash. Urgot is an old ass champion. His visuals are far below the industry standards. He was good for a short time in season 5 but that's it. That's the only time he was good besides s1 but I'm not sure if he was even good then. I even made a pirate's of the Caribbean meme bout it where it's like you've got to be a doubt the worst champion ive ever heard of and I Photoshoped urgot over jack saying but you have heard of me. Nobody plays him and of you look at top, mid, and adc, he has the lowest winrate. That says alot. He has needed a massive overhaul ever since s2/s3 but who do you think is worse
