im fine with azir w & passive change since it makes he has to choose to max q for poke or w for dps

but the e changes are horrible and are going to really butcher him. there is no reason to use e now for offence because its just minimal damage while putting yourself closer with no defensive stats, and you cant interrupt abilities now so people like katarina will shred him to pieces when his ult isnt up.
