I don't know why people think it's going to be anyone but 
. She's been pick or ban the entire season and I see no reason for that to change any time soon. That's the very definition of having an impact.
With so much complaining about Vayne, I feel like it'll be her.
I remember reading that Victorious skins are decided by how much impact a champion has on that season. idk how much truth there is behind that, but Morg, Janna and Elise have one.
Doesn't Victorious go to the person with the highest pick rate? If so, its definitely Vayne or Sivir
It's going to be Sivir, Kalista or Ashe without a doubt. Ashe was super popular after her update, however, she has fallen off quite a bit since because of her nerfs. Kalista has been fairly strong all season and quite a popular pick. Sivir is a nonstop pick it seems because she is a counter to a lot of supports and other types of champions and she has been fairly popular as of late because of the fall in power of most other ADCs. So Sivir is probably the head candidate for the skin, but Kalista or Ashe will be the other options.
They're based on the champions that had the most impact that season. Considering they're going for the most impactful (Impactful not a word? what lmao thanks firefox) marksman, I'm thinking it's going to be Kalista, Sivir, or Vayne. Azir is a possibility, but his main role is Mage, and I'm pretty sure they go on what their main role. Ashe is also a pretty high possibility, but I really don't see it being her.
if they were going for a victorious team, azir wouldn't work j4- top elise- jung janna- support morg- mid ??- adc
but idk if that's the intent
I never even noticed that holy shit. Ive been thinking ADC because of marksman this whole time. I really do think it will be Jinx/Sivir or Kalista, but if they kinda pulled Azir out I wouldn't be mad at all.

Sivir, kalista, or vayne. lol Azir may be classified as a marksman but he's not in essence what the community views as a marksman.

Kalista is going to get a Championship skin so i think she wont get the Vic. skin aswell. So riot is giving away a Season related adc skin already. So they can give Azir the Victorious skin. I mean I rly hope so :D
I really like Azir, so I wouldn't mind, but there's 2 things about it;
They did say Marksman, but they didn't say whether by their Primary or Secondary role; they're trolls like that so no telling.
I love his Starga...I mean Galactic skin. I don't feel like wanting to make the choice between them lol.
She only has one skin, has been extrememly popular for much of the season, and is a marksman.
