How much easier/harder did Evelynn's jg clear get

So I you haven't mastered eve( I play her for fun and sometimes in ranked), her clear is shit. You will run low on health on your firs clear. I'm not sure in which direction the clear went. Smite now heals regardless of the camp and there's also the honey fruit. The buffs have no friends anymore. There are no more small buffs except the scuttle crab ward/heal (partially from the life steal [correct me if I'm wrong]). Raptors thread your health bar even when you line them up since there's 6. Krugs split into mini krugs. The only camp that's the same is wolves. From what I can see is you go blue ➡gromp➡wolves➡gank if possible then back and continue to red if not➡ krugs➡ raptors. The honeyfruit can be helpful if you can get it when it spawns in but I don't think it spawns for a while. So did it get easier or harder for eve to clear.
