These ideas are for ideas to create customization and options, and not replace any items.

(1) Hextech Katana: Recipe: Long Sword (360g) + Long Sword (360g) + 480g = 1200g

Statistics: +25 Attack Damage +UNIQUE Passive: 12% Spell Vamp

(2) Hextech Blade: Recipe: B.F. Sword (1550g) + Hextech Katana (1200g) + 750g = 3500g

Statistics: +80 Attack Damage +UNIQUE Passive: 20% Spell Vamp +UNIQUE Active: Fire a blade in the target direction to deal (+100%AD) physical damage to the first enemy struck and slow the target by 40% for 2 seconds; this blade may critically strike (20 seconds cooldown). Basic attacks lower the cooldown by 1 second on-hit. [850 units range]

(3) Gunpowder Keg: Recipe: B.F. Sword (1550g) + Pickaxe (875g) + 1075g = 3500g

Statistics: +80 Attack Damage +UNIQUE Passive: Increase bonus attack damage by 30%.

(4) Ice Rod: Recipe: Blasting Wand (860g) + 540g = 1400g

Statistics: +40 Ability Power +UNIQUE Active - Ice Blast: Deal 100(+15%AP) magic damage and slow target enemy champion by 20% for 2 seconds (60 seconds cooldown). [550 units range]

(5) Frost Staff: Recipe: Needlessly Large Rod (1600g) + Ice Rod (1400g) + 300g = 3300g

Statistics: +120 Ability Power +UNIQUE Active - Ice Blast: Fire a powerful beam of ice in the target direction to deal 150(+30%AP) magic damage and slow all enemies struck by 40% for 2 seconds (60 seconds cooldown). Casting spells lower the cooldown of Ice Blast by 2 seconds. [1200 units range]

(6) Hardened Stone: Recipe: Chain Vest (750g) + 300g = 1050g

Statistics: +40 Armor +UNIQUE Passive - Hard Stone: Take 10% less physical damage from champions and monsters.

(7) Hand Catapult: Recipe: Hardened Stone (1050g) + Giant's Belt (1000g) + 950g = 3000g

Statistics: +70 Armor +500 Health +UNIQUE Passive - Hard Stone: Take 10% less physical damage from champions and monsters. +UNIQUE Active: Toss a giant boulder at the target location to deal (+70% Armor) physical damage and slow struck enemies by 40% for 3 seconds (75 [-1 second per 10 armor] seconds cooldown). Cooldown is reduced by 1 second for every 10 armor the user has. [850 units range]

Hope you like the ideas! ~ Stacona

EDIT (1): Hextech Blade: Cooldown increased to 20 from 12 seconds; Range lowered to 850 from 900 units

Gunpowder Keg: Cost increased to 3500g from 3300g

Frost Staff: Ability Power ratio decreased to 30% from 40%; Casting spells reduce the cooldown reduced to 2 from 3 seconds

Hand Catapult: Now deals 70% armor from 100% armor physical damage for the active

Hextech Katana/Blade would be amazing on AD Casters like Urgot, Talon, Zed, Lee, and Pantheon. But since it would make AD assassins and OPee Sin even more ball-bustingly broken I would advise against it.

It wouldn't make them broken, it would be spell vamp instead of lifesteal compared to BT so good for AD casters, the active does the same damage as a basic attack but is a single target skill shot that has a slow attached to it - you think the cooldown should be increased?

Well, Zed's a broken sustain monster now and a thresh with 750 armor is a gatling gun of nuking boulders

i like it

thresh will never get that much armour ever - an extreme armour value is 400 armour, 400 physical damage in a minute is something but not going to kill you especially since the follow up damage is a pure tank's damage and the active is mainly for a slow and alternative route for randuin's but is intended for more to deal with mobile ad assassin with a range slow skill shot rather than a point blank AoE slow and physical damage reduction and randuins for AAers for the attack speed debuff

also Zed is a basic attack mainly so life steal through blade and hydra is better over spell vamp for health sustain

I'm not saying it's unbalanced; what I described are one-off scenarios that wouldn't happen in a real game

I did decide to lower the armor ratio since having a ranged slow plus a tank dealing a bunch of damage does not make sense for a tank, but should still scale based off a tank build (high damage does not make sense, being defensively bulky and have CC like slows does make sense)

Some of these are either interesting or brokenly OP.

Hextech Blade--Broken

Gunpowder Keg--REALLY Broken

Frost Staff--Actually kind of interesting. Probably a bit overtuned, but I like the idea.

Hand Catapult--Most likely broken (Hard Stone passive specifically). Ridiculously strong on the likes of Thresh, Taric, and possibly Sejuani.

it is for a passive for AD caster and Randuins for AAers---

besides you needing to describe better for i can balance the ideas out and iron the concepts out - AD and spell vamp is less sustain than ad and lifesteal which is what BT gives for the same price plus the shield- hextech blade is more oiffensive and more for ad caster however with the skill shot active to being a skill shot basic attack with a slow, if you think the cooldown is too low i can adjust it, but there is no possible way to get a perma slow plus it is dodge able

Gunpowder Keg shouldn't be the item is barely gold EQUAL and being a high tier item this means it is gold inefficient unless you get other attack damage items with it, and it increases you bonus AD and not your total AD

Hand Catapult the passive is strong for low armour champions and is an item intended for ad casters and randuins for basic attackers- the armor ratio is the only thing that makes sense for being strong on higher armour champions for the active
