Riot: when looking at updaing the Ranked system plz do this
Those that Int, Troll and afk get banned for longer from playing Ranked games.
Let them play Normals and stuff but Ranked needs to have a higher Bar of player attitude.

Don't let them come in normal games please! I dont want trollers in my games or people that afk or gave up after 1 death.
don't be so harsh I think the ones deserving at least slightly longer queue or punishment should be the AFK guys like I get it if sometimes is due to techical issue but cmon now... not 100% is going to be technical issue
Why it cant be system when after for example 15 reports (griefing,inting) in 5 games + very low kda troll get bloced rankeds for one or two days?
In CS GO you sometimes throw granade and hurt your teammates and you get punished for this by blocking games,why this cant be a thing in lol? So what he not int. if he die 20 times and make team lose he should be punished after X games by simple not allow him play more for some time.
