Patch 7.23 rundown scarra specifically stated that this game has too much damage across the board and to much free damage at that. I think Riot should listen to the community more. Especially listen to people like scarra.

Most streamers aren't even playing the game for fun anyway so who cares? Dude's been playing this game forever and just plays it for money. And every year people say "last season was better" or "this game gets worse every season" but nothing actually happens because there are more people enjoying this game than there are who hate it.

invisiblecat12 votesI hate to say it, but if I am not going to, no one is Scarra is a good player and all, but Quoting pros on game balance is not a great idea, as they are the top 0.01%, and play with the rest of the 0.01% The rest of the 99.99% don't run into what these players do (Most of the time)
