Without Rylai, Azir hasn't cc.
25% slowing for his Q skill but this is deficient.
Other mid lane champions have a lot cc or reliable cc.
The most senseless nerf in this game.
At least Azir's kit needs different cc.
Azir's damage is fine but his kit?
E+R combo isn't reliable.Especially if your Q skill in the cooldown.
I recommend 40% slowing for Q skill.This is very good for early game and neutral for mid and late game.
