How do I survive as Wukong top and who are the good matchups???

So I like wukong but his matchups toplane are notoriously bad. It's reportable for inting if you don't do good top. That's how bad his matchups are. His kidlane matchups are ok and his jg clears just suck. He also doesn't have the best ganks because heacks natual burst. He needs his ult and some items to do anything because he doesn't do enough with e-aa-q. Anyways his stats are pretty damn good. He his winrate is off the charts at 55% and he has a passable pickrate top. The problem is I don't know any good matchups or how to survive every other matchup. So who does wukong top stomp and how do I survive so I don't go 0/20
