Is shyvana top even playable nowadays

Shyvana top is one of my lost to the ages olden time picks. The first thing I was good at. Even against real players. Then some time after I stopped playing against bots, it just completed stopped. It wasn't gradual. It was sudden. At that moment when I heard how good of a jg she was and cinderhulk came out, I took to the jg and started going on absolute massacres. Sated devour comes out and I slaughter everyone when I get 30 stacks with Titanic Hydra. Not very many people's knew about it until devour junglers were extremely popular outside of yi. I've never taken her top ever since. I've seen some high elo players play against it but haven't watched the videos or anything. Her abilities cost no Mana and the skillshot goes through minions so she can be a good lane bully. She is also a good splitpusher. Think of her as udyr. That's a trick2G classic.open the gates by 15 minutes. Shyvana can do the same thing. Anyways this isn't the only time a role has been lost. Some older players remember karthus jungle. That was one of his intended roles. Udyr top was a thing and another trick2G pick.yi isn't seen top anymore and tryndamere isn't seen jungle. The list goes on. Anyways is shyvana top even playable.
