Only concerns about the upcoming changes

I'll say it swiftly:

1. I am scared mages and assassins won't be able to get that sweet 10-15% cdr as easily from the new setup which is the only thing about runes I liked(other than that the shift to make runes and masteries more fun like dawngate's I am 1000% up for.)

2. Will voice chat start out premade only? I am doubtful in making voice chat fully implemented until first starting it out for premades only

3. Honor system, will it bring back rewards like in I think 2010 when santa baron was a summoner icon?(I have it on my old AP main account but due to before when mages felt boring and all the same before riot reworked it, I left to just play this current AD account and my other account but I am sad I can't use my santa baron icon :C )

That's pretty much all I'm concerned with as far as the discussion goes. Although I feel like there's something else I'm forgetting.
