Evelyn is nerfed due to being extremely cancerous in solo Q, any competent player can realize this.

Understatement. I find it hilarious how people are pretending she's suddenly weak or something due the nerfs. Her win rate went UP this patch, she's cancerous as always. She regens mana rapidly while in stealth so the mana nerf didn't do so much as people expect and the damage difference doesn't matter when she can get off the most obnoxious ganks.

Thing is, she is supposed to be an overly squishy assassin, so she is supposed to deal a lot of damage when she goes after someone. Yeah, she has stealth but there are ways of preventing her from doing much. Its called warding. You can even use a sightstone ward to extend the range of your pink ward.

No dude, don't you dare to point out the design abomination Evelynn is, it's clear that Riot is nerfing Eve out of pure hate, not that she deserves it or anything.

They want a balanced game as long as their champions aren't touched. Balance includes everyone, not just who you hate.
