Teemo rework , how it should be done.

Passive : stealth + 50 heal/sec. Q : blind for 3 sec, and can blind abilities as well, W: Run quickly and become stealth for 1 second every 2 seconds. while running E: poison the enemy , burn , healing , while using Q everytime you auto attack the enemy it resets the cooldown of Q for 1 sec R: placing a shroom, everytime an enemy steps on a shroom 3 more appear (like shaco's ult )

i think this is very balanced, and i didn't post this just because i am a teemo main. have a nice day ! #kappa
