Cept when sivir is running away from vayne then vaynes is way better. When sivir is chasing vayne, vayne can just tumble away. Fucking retarded

... Wait, what? You start by comparing passives, then you bring in Tumble into this? You might as well say "When sivir is chasing vayne, vayne can just tumble away, but still gets hit by Sivir's Q."

Vayne's passive is better for chasing, Sivir's passive is better for engaging.

Vayne gets 30 movement for facing an enemy champion. A sivir gets 30 when hitting an enemy champion which scales to 45 late game. Late game vaynes ult Briggs hers to 90. Which champion does riot like better.
