Does anyone think talon is a bit overtoned atm

So I tried out talon and blew everyone up easily. First game I lost because the lol spaghetti code caused me to have 4k ping so I had to restart and it didn't fix it but it eventually stopped and I could play and could still oneshot. The second game, I just destroyed a Leblanc over and over. I could oneshot the world and I got an s rank. I haven't played too much of talon in a while until today. With how easily he eoneshots, do you think he's a bit overtoned

he does a bit too much damage early and doesn't do enough late.

So kind of like Pantheon where he doesn't scale well in the late game. But does he scale better than Pantheon where he's not another super feast or famine champion but on the same level as eve and kha'zix.

Pantheon can actually build defensive stats and be a straight bruiser mid to late game to still be effective, Talon can't really do that.

Kha' Zix is much more powerful and effective than Talon late game, as he benefits from the new item 3147 better than any other Assassin and has much more consistent chase and damage and more flexible mobility.
