Do you mean when he dismounts or mounts? Because I've died as him before Skaarl gets close enough to ride. Several times in fact.

vayne passive, renekton e, graves q and r, thresh q, sion ult, sivir ult, gnar passive, and a basic attack proc passive (varus, ekko, vayne, gnar, braum, aatrox, diana, kindred, mordekaiser, tahm kench, vi, xin, volibear i know im forgetting a few)

kled is basically the love child of a clown fiesta of every champ in the game

Or, no. Kled only has invulnerability when he dismounts. Which is first of all both logically and thematically correct. And second of all, not even a problem. Learn to time your abilities around it. After he's finished dismounting, he's so incredibly weak it barely even matters. What, you want to cripple a crappy state of play even more? Okay buddy.
