All of which are basic abilities which are available every few seconds as opposed to something that can only be used every 5 minutes. So yeah, you can definitely keep going on, I'd love to hear more awful comparisons.

Again, only up every 5 minutes because FLASH I don't think you seem to understand the flaw in your "arguement." It doesn't matter if she can Flash Q/Flash R, she still ends up using Flash and not having an escape/proper engage for the next 5 minutes.

Uhhh, what? Part of the reason Kassadin doesn't have a 100% ban rate anymore is because his silence was removed, which makes him a lot easier to lane against. Talon is still cancer right now, but before with the silence means he was terminal cancer. Veigar actually had to measure the ring to see if he can land the stun on the enemy without screwing up, and now the delay just made him so easy to lane against.

Well flash ult is something that comes up once every 5 minutes. Veigar's was an 8 second or so CD, Talon's was a mobility, damage amp, and silence which lasted long enough for him to perform a whole combo with no counterplay, and Kassadin was too good vs AD for being an anti AP as even auto attackers need to use spells to win.

Your comparison is horrible, yea the flash tibbers is annoying but to be fair it requires the use of flash on a 5 minute CD compared to Talons 60 sec CD, Veigars 14sec CD, and Kassadins 4 SECOND COOLDOWN. Do you have any idea how cancerous Kass's ult used to be.
