That's honestly all it is.. she has too much mobility with too much burst with too much safety. She needs a delay or something on her distortion. But keep the mimicked version how it is now. This way she has to at least think a little bit before blinking in..

Yes, and reducing the missile speed on her W was a quality of life nerf, obviously.
... It's a change to her power level that will make her perform better. That's a buff, and they're not given out to champions that Riot think need nerfs. LeBlanc's E has had 1600 missile speed forever - it didn't randomly start feeling unresponsive. LeBlanc was just weak.
Unless something happens to make LB a LOT stronger than she is right now, it's gonna be a long time before we see a nerf to her. It's more likely she'll get another buff than a nerf.

not LB. She has more counterplay than he does.
