Win-rate doesn't mean everything.

Also considering it's Lee Sin, that win-rate is unclear since a lot of people try to play him (and fail) bringing the win rate down. Meanwhile a good Lee Sin does stupidly well and has a very high win rate. He requires a lot of skill to play (and is immensely rewarded for skillful plays.)
