warlords shouldnt proc on minnions.
that's its just the title non rantin venting off. just make hyper carries go back to beeing shit and bullied early so they dont spike equally to lane bullies.

DunkinNoobs1 votesNo one would ever take it if it only procced on champs. In fact, they already tried that with Warlords back when it interacted with crit. No one used it anymore after they made it only work on champs.
