ARAM is a normie mode, why so serious about dodge penalty. If people want to dodge, let them dodge.

If you play ARAM, you know you're playing a random champion. Either use a roll or deal with it. Stop dodging. People who "leave the lobby" should be forced to be in the game, like when someone leaves a game in-progress and they can't requeue.
