Tbh this is one reason why the penalty report is not given out every time. People bragging they got someone punished xD

Hopefully getting rid of one toxic player does not give rise to another.

Glad to see one go though.

Does it count as being shitty if you flash your mastery icon after killing opponents?

I hate people like that. You know those pompous asswipes that think because they are higher ELO in a game, they get the right to shit talk everyone and stand on the high ground to dispense their own sense of justice? And when you drop "we'll see about what Riot thinks of your behavior" is when they start to lose their shit or completely negate that they were ever doing anything wrong.

It isn't our job as players to judge whether a player gets punished or not. It's our job to report behavior we consider negative and leave it Riot to figure out if it's punishable or not.

Getting salty once or twice isn't needed but it's understandable (although still unpleasant to be a part of). But if this happens on a regular basis and frequency + intent is established as negative, watch your ass. Riot doesn't tolerate anyone with this kind of attitude, whether you are a Challenger or Riot employee yourself.

Why do i get the crazy feeling that you are one of the people who egg people on when they are on tilt or better then you, then proceed to call them toxic. You're worse then the toxic players.
