You should be able to adjusts the targeting dummies HP/Resistances in the practice tool

The DPS gets messed up if you have abilities with xx% max/current HP because its HP is 10k. 10k HP is very unrealistic for anyone to achieve, even on sion in 1+ hour long games. Also the fact that it has 0 resistances also gives unrealistic DPS values. The player should have more control over how to adjust these values to more closely match players in game. The reason I say this is because for one, there is no option to level up bots, no option to give those bots items, and often times the bots buy wrong items anyway.

Allowing us to adjust the HP and resistences of the dummy should be much easier to program than bots.
