I have more minions but the opponent gets faster level up? dafaq?
sometimes i ever have like 20-30 minions more (early game 1-6 lv) but the opponent gets faster level up... wtf? o.O

Deep Terror Nami1 votesKilling minions isn't how you get experience, it's being near then when they die. They might have been getting some CS from the jungle (more xp for fewer kills) and you are just better at CS'ing at lane.
