At what elo can you go AP and expect team to understand simple macro?
Like getting baron, or a tower instead of chasing the 0 23 4 support. Ya know elo where they play the game correctly

Diamond 3 or 2. Everything below that is a clown fiesta 100% of the time. Above D3 its a clown fiesta only a mere 90% of the time.
The ELO you're talking about doesn't exist. Even in LC$ games they throw by making terrible decisions.
You are in the same ELO as them.
It varies wildly. Generally, about plat-level of play is where you see players really understanding and taking advantage of objectives.
But again, varies all the time, you never really know how 5 randoms are going to interact with each other and who's going to tilt. Also, SoloQ mentality tends to force players to play independently, and focus on their own objectives. This is why its so hard to get people to group when you have an advantage, and why its easy to stall games in soloQ if you have great wave clear.
Best thing you can do is ping objectives.
