Is wukong jg any good

I played wukong top in the lethality meta but haven't played him since. I tried him jg a couple times and one of those games, I got 30+ kills. we still lost. I remember his clears being less than stellar. What I do on champions that don't clear well is just get lvl 3 and gank. He has a gap closer and an escape. His q also removes 30% armor. Blue smite Is a must have. He can still do a bit of damage. Not enough to oneshot but can take about half hp. Once he reaches lvl 6, that's when he starts blowing up the ADC. Is he any good jg.
