@Riot what's with the weird Evelynn tweaks on PBE?

Passive change is solely adressing her late game which isn't her weakest point, but I'm fine with it. But that W change, really? First of all, it's a straight up nerf (much like your infamous "doubling" her passive) and second of all, this change makes the way her W works extremely binary, compared to what we have now. Right now there are so many little ways you can get more out of your W, but with that change, you will lose a cool interaction and get ... something. Not sure how it's supposed to help her, but it's certainly a nerf and a swing towards a binary mechanic.
