Where are the Udyr Complaints?

Yes, and are broken atm...But the Runic Echoes/Swifites/IBG/Tank build is absolutely disgusting and needs to be addressed.

I think the timer on his stun needs to be longer. Like if he stuns someone he shouldn't be able to do it again with a huge speed boost in 4 seconds

It is. After he stuns a target, he can't stun the same one again for 6 seconds (and this is a static cooldown).

It really doesn't hurt to actually look at his kit before complaining you know.

udry isnt a problem because he is super easily outplayed. you still can kite him, you still can cc him, and definitely out damage him, what needs done is RunicEkko nerf to movement, not udry nerf.

the problem isn't udyr, its the itemization, udyr has always been like this if he built any kind of attack speed and tank. but before udyr would go maybe devourer for the huge ammount of on hit damage but you'd have to get sated first, not buy an ap item and do pretty much the same early

The problem with Udyr is one; his AS with Devourer + Tiger is just devastating, Ive seen Udyr's just go crazy Penta with Devourer, Tiger needs an small nerf.

The problem with Bear is that it grants him TOO MUCH MS IN A BURST, so when you are going to kill him he just flies away, I literally need Stormraider to kill him.

The other problem is the large MS boost item 1402 grants, 10% for a jungler item is too much, it already grants a large damage output early game for AP users, the MS is just an abuse.
