Why does Stormrazor even exist?

Simple. Riot has even said them selves, they care about and are going to do what the community wants, what's most of the community? Low elo and casual players. What do low elo and casual players like? Chaos, diversity even if it's not necessarily balanced. Stormrazor is fun to use, adds more chaos and aggression, is very different, but not very balanced. This is how they will continue to change and patch the game.

The item just sucks massive dick in general, the only use I can find from it is that you buy it first item and trade with the enemy adc/support pretty well, but after that, you're just a stick in the mud.
