Before nerfing Swain...

maybe take a look at Ryze? he still sits at a ~60%winrate for experienced players (100games+), and he really takes the fun out of Dominion where he doesn´t even have a weakish laning-phase. And unlike Swain his CC isn´t well communicated and easy to dodge, quite the opposite (also, unlike Swain he got abused at worlds).
