FFS Riot for Conqueror all you need to do to fix it is...
On the PBE
Conqueror (Precision Keystone) full stack damage converted to healing & true damage lowered from 10% to 8%
All you need to do is Put it back up to the 2-10 scaling Bonus AD and at 5 stacks 10% true that heals BUT it lasts for 3s and has a 20s CD after hitting 5 stacks
This gives windows of All-ins and windows of counter attacks without making it OP on like 4 champs.
