Is lucian weak right now?

Haven't been having much success playing as him, or with him as my ADC

Is it because high burst makes it tougher for Lucian to play?

I would say that he's quite relatively the best marksman choice right now. He has a lot of burst potential early game if you rush Essence Reaver.

Also what Rune do you pick?

I've been seeing Lucians on my team that utterly fail. They don't make it past laning phase lol

He's really strong right now imo

He's strong mate. He's back to building Black Cleaver again.

LOL?

He's broken with the new Essence Reaver and Crit ADC's being unlawfully gutted.

Is he weak? Do you look at stat websites?

He’s pretty dang good. I suck at crit adc’s so now that casters are back I’m happy (jhin, Lucian, Draven and miss fortune).
