I can see why Riot is gazed upon so unfavorably. with a chaotic patch and questionable changes, it is no surprise people lose faith in the Company and it's spaghetti coded game.
I would like it if Riot focused on using the pbe for balancing, and not primarily bug testing. .
GroundedEagle452 votesYou had to imagine the number of PBE games played, they are so little it sometimes takes 5 mins to get a queue. Meaning pbe gets the major bugs that ruin the game. This is preseason where they test these balance issues with all of us. They are attempting to balance before the new season starts.

True, but balance changes can be done using a small group of high skill players. Capcom does it and seE incredible success.

Yes Balance changes are done on the PBE aswell, but with the community the size of league, the only way to test every aspect is to leave it to us. That small quantity of players are not always the most creative playing mundo adc or what ever. But that is where the real live games come in to play

Which I why balance changes would be done based upon what those players would have done, then you tweak according to odd, overpowered builds.
as it stands, the game is in a poor state of balance.
