What to do when you are losing
I see that most people don't talk about this very much, it is harder the higher you up in leagues the harder it is to come back when you are losing. The important part is always do your best and if you are down learning to recognize it. In bronze however people throw matches all the time you think the pros would lose a match where they have 5 people and the enemy only has 4 yet a lot of bronzies will swear up and down that they've seen it. Shoot I've been on both the winning and losing teams and experience this and in fact I was that person that afk the entire game and my team won. It happens so yes there is always a chance no matter what league you are in that you can come back and those chances get higher the lower in rank you are.
So how do you come back, that's always the hard decision. Well let's say this your a marksman your order is ** NORMALLY** this attack damage item like infinity edge/essence reaver, AS item like rapid firecannon or runann's hurricane, your finish boots, and this is your core, no matter what your champion should have these three items. What's next depends heavily on what situation you are in. First thing you should consider, if you are winning you grab defensive item easiest way to make sure you don't throw is by having more survival, then comes your lifesteal/counter tank, then 6th item whatever it made be towards aggressive then sell boots another item and so forth.
But if you are losing, well go more offensive don't get a defensive item you want to do as much damage as you can to your enemies you are already losing you are at a point where you need something big to change the game, you can't grab objectives you can barely cs and most of the time you are moving between the 3 lanes just trying your hardest to defend your last few towers. So build full offense and capitalize off that person that stayed too long death timers are high you kill them they're not coming back for awhile they kill you sure same death timer but you have advantage you have turrets you have your spawn location really close that gives your team a heavy advantage and considering in low leagues nobody knows how to tank a turret, you can come back.
Don't go overly aggressive play very passively and try your best to make this game go late. In late game one mistake could mean the game and trust me the winning team can easily throw a game in the late game, I've seen it happen before. Point is if you are winning build press the lanes as much as you can split push but don't get caught and don't do it when you have no vision pay attention to enemy you aren't going to finish a game by constantly pressing the mid unless the enemy team just flat out trys to engage you which if they're smart they won't. You are an invading army there job is to use their home field advantage to win this game, so they invite you in for your own demise.
So split pushing is the best way to ensure a victory, push top push bot grab objectives as many as you can get extra cs grab enemy jungle camps ward their jungle, that's how you finish a game not by pushing mid expecting something to change, and in fact most throws in Bronze league at least happen this way team winning press mid too hard team wipes death timers high enemy team and I've had this happen I was the losing team we were down 20 kills only had 1 inhibitor left we played really safe and capitalize big time after we killed them we press mid took tower inhibitor other 2 nexus towers all before team had respawn and then we killed the nexus and we won.
If you are losing don't engage an enemy never engage an enemy when out numbered even if you are winning, but when you are losing let them initiate fall back constantly let them advance every champion has different movement speeds and catch them when they least expect it, no this does not mean contest dragon or baron you guys are losing let them have it not worth everyone dieing and giving them the game stay back let them have it let them push and watch as these idiots do nothing with baron buff and ultimately just die. Split-pushing even if you are winning you won every team fight 5-4 will usually win so if you are winning and your teammate is off split pushing put pressure in mid but if they engage fall back 1 person dies it's fine fall back you lost one don't lose anymore chances are they are losing they're not going to come back off one death but put pressure on distract them so that your split-pusher can reach his next objective of taking out that tower maybe even an inhibitor probably not. Split-pushers learn when to fall back don't try 1 v 2 it's not worth it, instead go as far as the team will let you then fall back regroup with your team. Ward up their jungle as you guys push vision wins game and it definitely makes it easier to roam through lanes when you have vision. People are not lying vision does win games look after the game check the web in your game history guaranteed more often than not the losing team has less wards placed.
