I literally cannot kill a 1-4-2 Twisted Fate with Rod of Ages and Cloth Armor as a 5-1-1 Talon with Duskblade and Ghostblade components, using a perfect combo (R + AA + Q + AA + W), because of this rune. It reduces my damage to about 60% of his health.

nm10102 votesI mean the OP is clearly full of bs, but your statement is just as bad. TF will just clear the minion wave in 5 seconds, go do raptors/roam while Talon is finishing clearing, then come back wait the 5-10 seconds for bone plating to come back up and clear the wave again. Mix in Talon using w to try to clear the wave, barrier, stopwatch, dodging the w, etc. and you simply never get an opportunity to go in. This is just the life of an assassin now, you either snowball absolutely ridiculously out of control or you can't do anything (especially on Talon in high elo as he is VERY predictable).
This type of playstyle is also why I questioned the buffs Riot decided on. Talon already relies on brute forcing advantages and they gave him significantly better resistances to just bully people early on. Imo there is nothing fun about out stating an opponent for an advantage and I would've liked to see some sort of skill expression added to his kit.

Because the issue is killing him 1v1 in lane, and not that it essentially removes my ability to assassinate a high priority target in team fights and the mid to late game, leaving the ADC as my only viable target (who probably isn't at all viable thanks to support and the prevalence of Xayah and Tristana).
