Here is a breakdown of your Akali changes Riot

We're going to be blunt: Akali is a prime example of an assassin with low counterplay, largely due to her reliability and target selection. While Akali's ability to blow up highly mobile targets is valuable, it also means that once she gets even slightly ahead, she's got all the tools to smash her way to a victory. With these changes, Akali will have to be a little more clever with her use of Twilight Shroud to proc Mark of the Assassin, opening up more difficult matchups against melee champions that she previously dominated. Or, as Akali would say, "As balance dictates."

E no longer procs Q and her ult range has been reduced.

1. She's a pick assassin so if she catches you out and is not behind you are going to die whether you like it or not because that is the way she is designed as an assassin and what she is supposed to do

2. Unless you fed the living hell out of her she has always needed 2 spell rotations to kill a target meaning you have plenty of time to kill her while she is in her shroud. Unless your whole team is literally bad or she is 30/0 by 10 minutes she cannot smash her way to victory

I'm honestly not even salty about these changes the thing that pisses me off is that you don't even know how to fix her properly. If you are going to nerf her then nerf her correctly. People are still going to QQ about her because she is still a fucking drain tank in the middle of your team. You know what allows her to do that? Spellvamp. Should you maybe look at that instead of nerfing everything else in her kit that does nothing to fix this? Just MAYBE you should.

I think you really need to get new people to balance assassins because you have proven time and time again that you are incapable of doing so. Just saying.
