Why play eve when I can play reksai who has

decent early game damage. aoe cc. lategame utility higher mobility. no mana cost?

Ah wait... perma stealth that works until 700 is op.

Evelynn does not have "perma stealth", her "stealth" is just a green ward bypass.

1500 shield based around hitting all 5 targets at once with an ultimate easily invalidated by staying split rather than a clump. Not an AP jungler, her most successful builds are AD based. Her sllow removal lost strength since the ability is often used so she can actually get to her target.

But its k, we ignore her massive weaknesses cause of half arsed stealth.
