Patch 9.1
Wow I was looking at this patch and it's nothing but buffs. I mean it's good that it wasn't assassins getting buffed, but this will be interesting to see people playing a lot more 
and shield champions because of shield bash.

Honestly if riot didn't get boners for 20-30 minute games, the quality of gameplay would go up so much.
