Elixir of Worth

Come late game everyone tries to delay fighting until they can spend the gold they are sitting on. this has the effect of stretching out games even more. On the other hand anytime you spend all your gold and have nearly 0 change left over you're eager to fight.
An Elixir of Worth could help with this. You could only buy it once per game maybe twice. If you have 1250 gold in your inventory and can't spend it you buy the elixir and it will hold you over long enough to complete the item on your next back.
this elixir would refund the gold you spent on it
I also want to talk about
new update with having no boots. Not needing boots will essentially give her 1 extra slot to work on her 5th item. having 1 additional slot to work with helps with building two items simultaneously or sitting on one item for a longer period of time (like a doran ring for example) I wouldn't be surprised in fact if
can play an entire 40 min game with a doran ring. Not to mention space to buy pink wards more often.
Example:
If I want to complete these items. with boots i'm capped at 6 items the only way to complete an item is if I get a large sum of gold.
Example if you want to buy
as your next item that is 2350 gold to wait for.
Cass won't have nearly as much difficulty by being able to use the slot boots takes over to complete items.
while this is not that big of a deal on a carry since they are not particularly in need of a mix of equipment. Bruisers on the other hand usually want dual resistance hp and damage all at once. This is particularly hard to fit in simultaneously without having a full inventory and finding yourself wih over 1.3k gold left over to spend.
having an elixir like this could make these moment more manageable
I didn't do the math of 5% dmg increase + reduction. Just want something that would fit any champion and needs to be worth 1.3k gold flat at like the cost effecientcy of say
.
even if its 3%/3% its still better than nothing at all.
Even a support may want to use this to buy a pink ward.
