So instead of nerfing her damage (which makes her so oppresive in lane) you just nerf her shield, hurting her duo lane and promoting solo lane Lulu AGAIN (I can't believe you are really doing this) because she can skip the early levels of weaker shields, get gold from a solo lane and buy items so she continues to give huge shields regardless and turns out all you did was encourage solo lane Lulu and discourage support Lulu. http://imgur.com/fdapznw
