push something when your teammate splits

so god damn tiresome watching these people with hard pusher champions being at exactly the center of the map for an entire minute while you push your way to an inhib from outer turret in the same time. why don't gold players know how to operate with a split? you don't take baron, you don't take dragon; all you can get is one outer turret?

im so pissed, easy win games turn into losses because they want to keep throwing a lead and backing for items instead of ending.
